AULite consistently and effectively manages software delivery and projects with efficiency and speed. We are committed to your satisfaction and we will never reduce on the high quality software that we offer in exchange for any reason. If you are still unhappy that the software supplied by us did not satisfy your standards of quality You can request an exchange or refund. There is a separate department at AULite that focuses on the refund and payment process. Here are the conditions that we consider that the refund you received is due to us

If you wish to cancel the order after you've placed it the amount you will be able to claim back will be contingent on the order you placed. It is therefore essential to decide in advance the amount you would like us to confirm your order.

Our entire team is working to provide you with top quality software delivery. If you experience low quality with the software you purchased from us, your money you been paid will be returned within 7 days.

If you get several feedbacks on your software or project If you request us to make additional changes to your software and projects, you will be required to cover the cost in accordance with the amount of additional modifications you'd like us to make.

If you decide to cancel the order following placing it and confirming that it was placed, you need an acceptable reason to do this. If the investigator determines that the reason for which you presented is not legitimate or doesn't have any logic and is therefore not valid, AULite cannot be held accountable to reimburse you for the amount. In addition, we require documents that support the reason for you to ask to cancel your order.

If AULite is unable to deliver any software or project on time and you are not able to claim the reimbursement. However, if the staff at AULite must extend the deadline for any additional instructions or details supplied by you, but which you didn't tell us prior to the deadline that time, then you are not eligible to claim the reimbursement.
